Concierge - Tee Time Request

To request a tee time please fill out the form below. Tee time requests are only available up to 2 weeks in advance.

Once submitted a member of our team will get in touch the same working day. Tee time booking is subject to course availability. 

If would like to submit multiple tee time requests for different dates you will be given the opportunity once you have submitted the form.

Round Booking Terms and Conditions

General:

  1. Members must request tee times via the  Tee Time Request Page. If tee time is available a member of the concierge will send you an availability notification, where you will then be able to confirm the booking. We aim to get back to all tee-time requests the same working day.
  2. Booking confirmation is subject to course availability.
  3. Tee times for venues in England can only be requested up to 2 weeks in advance. Tee Time Requests for Scotland, Ireland, Europe, USA & Asia can be booked up to 6 months in advance.
  4. Tee time requests for all venues must be made at least 24 hours in advance. 

Payment & Round Confirmation

  1. Green fee rates are applicable to all Stoke Park Virtual Club Members and their guests.
  2. Upon notifying you of tee time availability, the concierge will indicate whether pre-payment is required prior to confirm the booking or whether payment can be made at the venue. 
  3. If pre-payment is required, we will require full pre-payment to confirm the booking. Payments can be made online or over the phone and an invoice will be sent to the member for the amount. 
  4. Where pre-payment is required, payment must be received within one hour of our initial availability notification otherwise tee time will be released.
  5. If payment at the venue is required, no payment will be required to confirm the tee time instead payment must be settled prior to the round at the respective venues golf reception.

Round Cancellation or Change

        10. Round booking pre-payments are non-refundable.

        11. Should you wish to change your booking rounds may be transferred to another date/time (subject to  availability) at no extra cost provided more than 48 hours’ notice has been given to the concierge.
